During her tenure, she led multi-delivery procurement strategies, developed cash flow models supporting $1.9 billion in bond measures, managed complex bond and state funding audits, and spearheaded the adoption of a Project Management Information System (PMIS). Now available to support school districts, Cherie can assist with developing and transforming facilities programs, designing operational systems, training staff, and building scalable, long-term solutions.
