Angela Jacobs, Senior Director for the Office of Capital, Utilities, and Real Estate, University of Illinois System
Angela Jacobs is an accomplished professional with extensive expertise in capital planning, budget analysis, and financial reporting. In her capacity as Senior Director for the Office of Capital, Utilities, and Real Estate at the University of Illinois System, she provides leadership to multiple teams and manages organizational operations. She has experience in policy analysis, state budgeting, and legislative financial analysis in higher education. Prior to working in higher education, Angela gained significant experience in both corporate and public accounting, enhancing her expertise in auditing, compliance, and financial management. She holds a Ph.D. in Education Policy, Organization and Leadership as well as CPA credentials, reflecting a strong combination of academic achievement and practical leadership.

Mike Wilson, Senior Assistant Vice President of the Office of Capital, Utilities, and Real Estate, University of Illinois System
Mike Wilson is the Senior Assistant Vice President of the Office of Capital, Utilities, and Real Estate for the University of Illinois System. In this role, he provides strategic leadership for capital planning, design, and construction across the System’s universities, while also overseeing real estate operations, utility services, and alternative project delivery methods.
Prior to joining the University in 2020, Mike held senior leadership roles in Illinois state government, including Deputy Director of Construction and Operations at the Capital Development Board and Capital Manager at the Governor’s Office of Management and Budget.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Illinois Wesleyan University and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Illinois Springfield. With over 20 years of experience in public infrastructure, capital finance, and operational leadership, Mike plays a key role in advancing the University’s mission system-wide.

Sid Shah, Co-Founder and President, OnIndus
Sid Shah is a technology strategist and serial builder who helps capital‑intensive owners turn construction programs into engines of growth.
As Co‑Founder and President of OnIndus, he has guided more than 200 public‑ and private‑sector organizations—from regional health systems to state governments—through digital transformations that cut waste, speed delivery, and elevate transparency.
Under his leadership, OnIndus has doubled revenue three years in a row and scaled from 20 to 80 team members while maintaining industry‑leading client loyalty.
Sid began his career at Accenture and Trimble, where he learned to align finance, supply‑chain, and construction technologies to deliver real‑world results. Those lessons power OnIndus’ people‑first approach today: pragmatic innovation rooted in measurable outcomes. His executive education includes the Program for Leadership Development at Harvard Business School, which reinforced his commitment to fostering resilient, purpose‑driven teams.
A sought‑after speaker and advisor, Sid pairs data‑backed frameworks with memorable stories, giving audiences actionable playbooks to deliver projects faster, more transparently, and with lasting community impact.

Nicholas Johnson, Chief Evangelist, Kahua
Nicholas Johnson comes to Kahua with over 40 years’ experience in the design and construction industry. Starting his career as an electrical designer and drafter, he was among the first to create a career around CAD/CAM technology. That path led to a role in IT with Heery International, an Atlanta based design and construction company. In that role he learned about construction project management software, and a little start up company called Constructware.
He was with the Constructware guys for 6 years before they were acquired by Autodesk. Since that time Nicholas has held sales leadership positions at Autodesk, Trimble Connected Water, Beck Technology, and Trimble e-Builder. He twice took two year working sabbaticals to serve a greater cause. The first with Amigos for Christ, a non-profit serving the poorest of the poor in Nicaragua, and more recently, with the Society of St Vincent DePaul, serving the poor here in North Georgia.
He is father of three and grandfather to one. He is an ordained minister, an accomplished speaker and mentor, and a big UGA sports fan. He enjoys hiking and hunting and fishing, and that is why he plays golf.
